Made to Order & Returns

All Tu Tiki pieces are made to order, meaning your garment is created specifically for you after you place your order. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or changes of mind. Please take a moment to check our sizing information carefully before ordering.

Making only what is ordered is intentional. It allows us to avoid overproduction, excess inventory, and the unnecessary waste that comes with making clothing that may never be worn.

We also stand behind the quality of every Tu Tiki piece. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of it.
