Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or changes of mind, so we recommend taking a moment to review the sizing information carefully before purchasing.
This approach is intentional and reflects our commitment to reducing environmental impact—by producing only what is needed, we avoid overproduction, excess inventory, and unnecessary waste.
At the same time, we stand fully behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund. Simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest.
